West Ham United vs Manchester City 3rd Round FA Cup.

Tonight on the television I watched The Hammers versus The Blues.

Since Raheem Sterling wormed his way out of Liverpool he’s slowly becoming a classy footballer. Does he have enough in his locker to replicate his club form and show it for the national team?  Tonight he looked like he wouldn’t stop out-foxing the Hammers defence.

I was really disappointed with West Ham, they looked like they had lost the will to fight after Ogbanna clipped Yaya Toure in the box which led to City having the upper hand near the end of the first half. Nordfeldt made it two when he bundled the ball into his own net. There was time for a 3rd from David Silva that finished the tie off.

The only players who could take pride in there performances were Michail Antonio, Andy Carroll and Adrian who had to make some smart saves.

Half time: West Ham 0 Manchester City 3

At the restart it only took 4 minutes before Sergio Aguero got his first goal of the evening which made it 4 nil. Manchester City are a team that will push hard the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal to the Premier League title.

John Stones managed to get his first goal in blue colours as he headed the ball across Adrian to make it an embarrassing full time result which finished 5 nil.

As we are in the winter transfer window I think that the Hammers need to invest in a striker and a defender.. Why did they sell James Tomkins to Crystal Palace?

Blue Moon trundles into the fourth round of the FA cup. Will Oxford United join them in the hat?

Full Time: West Ham 0 Manchester City 5.
