Oxford United versus Bradford City.

I remember when Jake Wright and Johnny the magnet Mullins got sent off in this fixture at Valley Parade. I’ve never been to Bradford’s Valley Parade, maybe I will go this season. Under the guidance of a new man at the helm, Bradford along with Carlisle and Tottenham Hotspur are the only remaining unbeaten teams. United will have to be at the top of their game if they are going to beat Bradford. Football is very unpredictable. One mistake or lapse in concentration or a referee decision could sway the game. It’s a game of two halves.

My Oxford team for Saturday would be: Eastwood, Edwards, Dunkley, Raglan, Long, Maguire, Lundstram, Sercombe, Rothwell, MacDonald, Thomas.

I’d have Rothwell and Thomas free running in behind Maguire and Thomas, so we could switch the way we play. I don’t believe that 4-4-2 is working in this league. It’s a shame that Rob Hall and Ryan Ledson are injured as we could have a different dimension. Why does Ryan Taylor always get criticised? I’ve seen Danny Hylton play once live this season and he’s just a load of hot air.. Falling over and scoring unspectacular tap ins.

Come On You Yellows.
