Oxford United versus Leyton Orient

Afternoon from a sparse Kassam Stadium. The conditions could not be better for United. For once the wind isn’t blowing. 10 years ago we were dumped out of the league. We were heading for a 2 all draw but Lee Steele broke United’s hearts when he rippled the inside of the net. 3 – 2 the final score. 10 years on is the final result going to move us closer to our aim of automatic promotion?

United line up with Buchel in goal then Kenny, Mullins, Dunkley and Skarz. In midfield Chris Maguire, Liam Sercombe, John Lundstram, Kemar Roofe, then Jordan Bowery and Danny Hylton up front. On the subs bench its Sam Slocombe, Callum O Dowda, Waring, Evans, MacDonald and Ashby.

Jake Wright, Sam Long and Ryan Taylor are all out nursing injuries. Hopefully they’ll be back soon.

Come On You Yellows!
