Oxford United vs Portsmouth

So today we are back at the Kassam after matches away at Bristol Rovers and Northampton which yielded 3 points. In the last game vs Northampton I thought that our final ball wasn’t crisp enough to achieve getting a goal back as Danny Hylton saw his penalty saved. He was on penalty duty as Kemar Roofe was out injured with a shoulder injury, after the game, Michael Appleton made it clear that when we have a penalty Kemar Roofe will take the spot kicks.

So on to today’s game. Portsmouth are on an unbeaten run however I think that the hosts will make 3 changes, in to the team I reckon we will see Mullins in for Dunkley, Sercombe in for Lundstram and Roofe in for Taylor.

We need to start at a quick tempo so the U’s can get a foothold in the game.

My prediction is 2 – 1 Oxford.
COME ON YOU YELLOWS!
